Anne Perry – Interiors

This intimate documentary explores the life of world-famous crime novelist Anne Perry, whose own dark past—a childhood conviction for murder—was famously depicted in the film “Heavenly Creatures”. Decades after the incident, filmmaker Dana Linkiewicz accompanies Perry at her home in Scotland, examining the tension between her successful literary career and the enduring weight of guilt. The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2008 and received the Award for Best Music in a German Film at Filmfest Lünen.
