LESSONS
Since graduating in jazz piano in 2005, I have been working on two tracks: as a pianist with my trio and as a composer for feature films, documentaries and short films. Today I teach as Professor of Jazz/Pop Production at the University of Music Trossingen.
I also offer private lessons online, in English or German, for all levels – whether you are just starting out or already working professionally. Minimum age for students: 16 years.

JAZZ PIANO & IMPROVISATION
Working on your playing, your expression and your freedom at the instrument – ideally for pianists, but open to all instrumentalists.
FILM SCORING & MUSIC PRODUCTION
I share my workflows and approaches and give feedback on your work. I mostly use Ableton Live and Cubase, but the principles apply to any DAW.
JAZZ & POP HARMONY
A solid understanding of harmony and theory makes composing and producing a lot easier.
ENTRANCE EXAM PREPARATION
If you are aiming for a degree in jazz, pop or music production, I will prepare you specifically for the entrance exams.
